Jan Cyprian Dayop holds a B.A (HONS) in Theatre And Film Arts from the University of Jos Nigeria. Jan Cyprian Dayop is the Founder of The Shakespearean Slate book club. He is an Author, Researcher, Aspiring Academic, Critic, Poet, and Literature Enthusiast. He is from Qua’anPan Local Government of Plateau State Nigeria. And he is a volunteer researcher with Books2Africa, BBC Media Action and Qua’anPan Innovation Hub. He is a Member of the Association of Nigeria Authors, International Association of Theatre Critics, African Literature Association, and many other professional bodies. He was awarded certificate of excellence in Criticism in 2017 by the International Association of Theatre Critics. And he also took first position in Monologue Competition between twenty two Nigerian Universities in the University of Benin at the Nigerian Universities Theatre Arts Festival (NUTAF). Jan Cyprian Dayop is creative, outspoken and is passionate about making impacts in the lives of others. He is popularly known by many as Jan Jan The Great.
